Yes, folks... it's on the White House Website. Look it up for yourself. I would give you the link...but I don't trust anything with .gov after it. Not since the cars dot gov put up a disclaimer a few days ago that you had to sign to enter. It stated that if you signed it...which of course you had to do to enter the site... that everything in your computer became the property of the federal government...to use as they saw fit and to share with whomever they chose... foreign...or domestic.
It's off now...but it was up there for days...during which time there was a public outcry. I'm sure they did not expect anyone to actually read it. We were just supposed graze on over there like little bah-ing sheep looking for a handout. And they would grab our files. But obviously one of the little sheep read it...and started bah-ing over in Glenn Becks pasture. And he hit the microphone to warn us. And...it disappeared.
But today, they are asking you to turn in...to report to them... anyone who disagrees with Obamas health care plan and says so on a website...like this one, I guess...smile. Or a blog or an email!
Nope...I'm not kidding. It's there. I read it. I'll print it for you here so you don't have to go to the site. If you are as leary as I am about dot gov sites now...and you want to see it for yourself, I advise you to go to the library or use a work computer.
If you are as shocked as I was by this, then I suggest you do what I did and call and/or email your representative ASAP to them that this is the most frightening thing you've ever seen come out of the White House. It smacks of Nazism and the brown shirts that served Hitler.
Here, for your information, is what you will find on the White House site.
FROM THE WHITE HOUSE:
Scary chain emails and videos are starting to percolate on the internet, breathlessly claiming, for example, to "uncover" the truth about the President’s health insurance reform positions.
In this video, Linda Douglass, the communications director for the White House’s Health Reform Office, addresses one example that makes it look like the President intends to "eliminate" private coverage, when the reality couldn’t be further from the truth.
For the record, the President has consistently said that if you like your insurance plan, your doctor, or both, you will be able to keep them. He has even proposed eight consumer protections relating specifically to the health insurance industry.
There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse {dot} gov
